Placing an Order
Browse through the collection by using the convenient drop down menu, or by clicking on an image that represents the category that you are interested in. Each item is listed with a sample picture, an item description, and available options. Choose the color and size that you desire from the drop down list and then click “add to cart”. Some items will not be eligible for multiple sizing and color options. If no colors or sizes are selected then the default colors and sizes will be applied.
Once “add to cart” is clicked then a cart in the upper right hand corner will appear. This helps you keep track of your items, and displays a running total. From the cart it is easy to adjust the quantity of items, remove items and undo the removal should you reconsider. Feel free to continue shopping because your cart will follow you. Should you leave the site your cart will be waiting for you upon your return.
When you are ready to purchase your items proceed to the checkout by clicking the “Google Checkout “button in the shopping cart. From this point you will be prompted to enter your Google sign in ID and password or to set up an account with Google.
About Google Checkout
Google Checkout aggregates existing payment types to allow buyers and merchants to transact.
Google Checkout is not a form of payment that replaces or is equivalent to existing payment types such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
Google Checkout is a distinct checkout flow that allows buyers to utilize the convenience of payment types such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.
Please be aware that Google Checkout is a service that Angelic Knits uses to enhance convenience for its customers, and is a separate entity.

Deliveries
Most items will be shipped within 5 – 7 business days.
Some items have been previously knitted and are kept in stock.These items include toys, blankets, and articles of clothing. However, most items are made just for you upon placing an order. For this reason shipping times may be slightly delayed on larger or more intricate designs.
Cancellation and Return Policy
Purchasers will be entitled to cancel their order within 48 hours of the time of sale for a full refund. After that time cancellations will be at the discretion of Angelic Knits.If the purchaser believes that they have been incorrectly charged or find a discrepancy in their invoice contact Angelique@angelicknits.com immediately to avoid a delay in processing your claim.
Angelic Knits has a strict no-return policy, since Angelic Knits cannot guarantee the quality of a returned item. However should there be an error in your order or flaw in the item Angelic Knits will make every effort to remedy the issue.
Custom Orders
Custom orders are not eligible for Google Checkout.
If you have any special request regarding an item listed, Angelic Knits will be happy to accommodate, to a certain degree. To do so, email me within 48 hours of placing the order. Include your order number in the subject line, and a detailed description of what you would like. Personalization’s such as alternative color schemes, embroidery, etc may be available for no additional cost at my discretion. Should the requested personalization exceed what I can offer for no cost, the purchaser shall have the option to cancel their current order and place a “custom order”.
